Initiative Leaders
Initiative Leaders are senior employees responsible for coordinating and leading implementation of TSM within the company. The Initiative Leaders meet quarterly to discuss the latest developments and guidance and share experiences to ensure the application of best practices and the success of TSM.
Training and Support
Online training is available to MCA members and is designed to:
- Improve knowledge on how TSM works
- Provide an overview and case study for each protocol
1-day in-person workshops and virtual training will be made available on a needs basis.

Verifier Training
New verifier applications are currently closed. Individuals interested in becoming TSM verifiers should contact tsm@minerals.org.au .
