Training and Support
MCA provides in-person and online training.
MCA will be providing members TSM training in Adelaide 3-4 October.
Online training is available to MCA members and is designed to:
- Improve knowledge on how TSM works
- Provide an overview and case study for each protocol
Additional training for specific protocols (e.g. Tailings, Climate Change) will also be made available.

Initiative Leaders
Initiative Leaders are senior employees responsible for coordinating and leading implementation of TSM within the company.
The Initiative Leaders meet quarterly to discuss the latest developments and guidance and share experiences to ensure the application of best practices and the success of TSM.
